RETURN POLICY
We do not like paying for disconnected phone numbers either. Our lead return policy is pretty simple.
Below is the criteria for a lead credit:

Lead is outside of your selected geographic area.

Phone number is disconnected.

Lead must be submitted for credit within 14 days of receiving the lead.

Any lead request outside of the credit criteria is subject to review.
Please email: lootleads@gmail.com for all your lead credit requests. Please include “lead credit” in subject line and Name and phone number for the lead in the body of email along with the reason for your request. If lead credit is approved you will be credited with a similar lead of equal value to your account with 3 days of the lead credit request.
REFUND POLICY
Once an order is placed there are NO FULL/PARTIAL REFUNDS. This is because we start spending you money right away too launch your campaign. There is no timeline as too when an order will be fulfilled. We do are best to fulfill orders in a timely manner.
